there's still one thing that doesn't make sense to me...besides the obvious.

she claimed that the time we had before wasn't real life. this is very perplexing, since she was comparing this with a whirlwind of booze and boys, which i'd hardly call real life. i'd claim that the dorm life is quite like real life in certain aspects. we each went to work all day, met up afterwards, and hung out together until bedtime. to me, this sounds more like a regular day in real life compared to staying out until the early morning and bar-hopping. i imagine this wouldn't work very well if it was your real life.
